Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water, then set aside in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Blend basil, spinach, avocado, lemon juice, garlic and salt in a blender until smooth.
  4. Chop cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and crumble feta cheese.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta and dressing, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Fold in the chopped vegetables gently.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors before serving.
  8. Garnish with extra herbs, nuts or seeds, and feta before serving.
