Method
 

Combine Ingredients

Prepare Blueberries
  1. If using frozen blueberries, microwave for about 30 seconds until warm and mash slightly with a fork. If fresh, rinse under cold water.
Portion Oats
  1. Divide oat mixture into jars or airtight containers, layering in prepared blueberries.
Refrigerate
  1. Seal jars with lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
