  • 20 pieces Dumpling Wrappers Gluten-free wrappers can be made from rice flour.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Any neutral oil can be used.
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Oil Can use any light oil.
  • 1 tablespoon Crispy Fried Garlic Optional garnish.

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Spice Mixture - Pound the coriander roots, black peppercorns, and garlic into a fragrant paste using a mortar and pestle.
  2. Step 2: Make the Filling - In a bowl, combine the golden mountain sauce, white sugar, sesame oil, and oyster sauce. Add ground pork and egg, mixing well.
  3. Step 3: Shape the Dumplings - Place a dumpling wrapper on your palm, add filling, moisten edges, fold and pinch to seal.
