- Boil water in a large pot, adding a splash of white vinegar. Add washed baby potatoes and cover. Boil for 12–15 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and cool slightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry boiled potatoes for about 4 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.
