  • 1 cup Bacon can substitute with turkey bacon or omit
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Sour Cream can substitute with dairy-free sour cream

Instructions
  1. In a 13x9-inch glass dish, layer torn leaf lettuce as the base.
  2. Sprinkle sliced red onion evenly over the lettuce.
  3. Add frozen peas directly onto the onions, followed by drained water chestnuts.
  4. Sprinkle one-third of the shredded cheddar cheese, then add chopped artichoke hearts, drained black olives, and crumbled bacon on top.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  6. Spread the creamy dressing over the layers of the salad, ensuring full coverage.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top and cover tightly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, ideally overnight.
