Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425ºF (220ºC), with the oven rack in the middle.
  2. Rinse the chicken leg quarters under cold water and pat them dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, sweet paprika, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, and chili powder. Mix until smooth.
  4. Coat the chicken legs with the marinade, ensuring every piece is well-covered.
  5. Place the marinated chicken legs on a parchment-lined baking sheet, skin-side up.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until golden brown. Internal temperature should reach 165ºF (74ºC).
  7. Let the chicken legs rest for a couple of minutes and garnish with fresh lemon slices before serving.
