Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger. Sauté for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add 1 cup of long-grain white rice to the saucepan and stir continuously for about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in 2 cups of diced fresh pineapple, 1-2 tablespoons of sriracha, 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Turn off the heat, let it sit covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
