Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 300 g of pizza flour, 180 ml of warm water, 5 g of dry yeast, and 8 g of salt. Mix until a smooth, elastic dough forms, about 5 minutes. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm area for 60 minutes.
- While the dough rises, preheat your oven to 250°C (475°F) and prepare your toppings: slice the bell pepper into thin strips and the spicy sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Once the dough has risen, lightly flour your work surface. Turn out the dough and gently stretch it with your hands into a round shape, about 12 inches in diameter.
- Place the stretched dough onto a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone. Spread 100 g of tomato sauce evenly over the base, then sprinkle 100 g of mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the sliced spicy sausage, bell pepper strips, and black olives.
- Carefully transfer the assembled pizza into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.

Notes
Leftover pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, wrap slices in plastic wrap and then in aluminum foil or place in a freezer-safe bag. Reheat in a preheated oven for best results.
