Ingredients
  

Blue Layer
  • 1 package Berry Blue Jello Any berry-flavored gelatin can substitute.
Red Layer
  • 1 package Raspberry Jello Consider strawberry gelatin as an alternative.
Creamy Layer
  • 1 container Cool Whip Homemade whipped cream can be used as a substitute.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Dissolve one package of Berry Blue Jello in 2 cups of boiling water, stir until fully mixed, pour into a 9 x 13 glass pan, and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours until set.
  2. Repeat the process with one package of Raspberry Jello in another pan using 2 cups of boiling water, and refrigerate for another 2-3 hours.
  3. Cut the set blue and red jello into 1-inch cubes.
  4. Layer the blue jello cubes evenly among 7 plastic cups, filling each about one-third full.
  5. Add a generous dollop of Cool Whip to each cup to fill them about two-thirds full, spreading it evenly.
  6. Top each cup with red jello cubes, filling them to the brim.
  7. If desired, garnish with sprinkles or berries, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
