Preparation Steps
- Dissolve one package of Berry Blue Jello in 2 cups of boiling water, stir until fully mixed, pour into a 9 x 13 glass pan, and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours until set.
- Repeat the process with one package of Raspberry Jello in another pan using 2 cups of boiling water, and refrigerate for another 2-3 hours.
- Cut the set blue and red jello into 1-inch cubes.
- Layer the blue jello cubes evenly among 7 plastic cups, filling each about one-third full.
- Add a generous dollop of Cool Whip to each cup to fill them about two-thirds full, spreading it evenly.
- Top each cup with red jello cubes, filling them to the brim.
- If desired, garnish with sprinkles or berries, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
