  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the radishes with the melted butter, flaky sea salt, and black pepper if desired. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Place the seasoned radishes cut side down on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fork-tender and golden.
  7. After roasting, sprinkle with additional flaky sea salt and fresh herbs or lemon zest if desired. Serve warm.
