Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, grated carrot, cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend ground turkey with ginger, garlic, scallions, red curry paste, soy sauce, tamarind puree, and remaining brown sugar. Divide into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with neutral oil. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, Thai chili sauce, and chili crisp in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Assemble burgers by placing cooked patties on toasted buns, topping with slaw and sauce.
  6. Serve warm with sweet potato fries or extra slaw.
