Step-by-Step Instructions for Orange Cream Fruit Salad
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cheesecake-flavored pudding mix, 2 cups of milk, and 1 cup of thawed frozen orange juice concentrate. Whisk thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of plain yogurt into the pudding mixture until blended and uniform.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of drained pineapple tidbits, 1 cup of drained mandarin oranges, 1 cup of maraschino cherries, and 2 sliced bananas. Stir gently to avoid mashing.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl or individual cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  5. Give the salad a gentle stir before serving. Present it in individual bowls or as a large dish, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
