- Brew coffee by preparing 2 shots of espresso or ½ cup of chilled strong coffee. Let it cool while you prep the other ingredients.
- In a mixing bowl, blend the cold foam base with 2 tablespoons of mashed fresh strawberries until smooth.
- In a shaker or large glass, combine ¾ cup of milk with the brewed espresso. Stir in 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or sugar if desired. Shake or stir for 30 seconds.
- Fill a tall glass with 1 cup of ice and pour the espresso and milk mixture over it, allowing the layers to form.
- Spoon the strawberry-infused cold foam on top of the iced latte and garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
