Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing the chicken into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they're uniform for even cooking.
  2. In three separate bowls, set out the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs, seasoning the flour with a pinch of salt.
  3. Carefully dredge each chicken piece in the flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, then roll it in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. In a large skillet, heat about half an inch of oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Place the coated chicken pieces in the hot oil in small batches and fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Combine the honey, garlic, and soy sauce in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  7. Once the chicken is golden brown, remove it from the skillet and gently toss it with the honey garlic glaze.
  8. Garnish with finely chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving immediately over rice or steamed vegetables.
