Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by spraying a muffin pan generously with non-stick spray to ensure easy removal of your nests later.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add about 4 tablespoons of butter and 2 cups of mini marshmallows. Microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes, pausing to stir halfway through until fully melted.
  3. Once melted, remove the bowl from the microwave and add in 4 cups of Chow Mein noodles. Stir gently until noodles are coated.
  4. Using your hands, carefully scoop portions of the mixture and mold them into nest shapes within the muffin cups.
  5. Place the muffin pan into the freezer for about one hour to help the nests firm up.
  6. After an hour, remove the muffin pan from the freezer. Twist and pull each nest out; fill centers with vibrant candies.
