  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust according to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked and chopped broccoli with an egg, crushed Ritz crackers, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Generously grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  4. Scoop the broccoli mixture into each greased muffin cup, filling them to the top and pressing down firmly.
  5. Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top of each filled muffin cup.
  6. Place the muffin tin into the preheated oven and bake for 14-16 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow the cups to cool in the tin for at least 5 minutes before removing.
