- In a large serving bowl, place 6 cups of mixed spring greens as the foundation of your Christmas Salad. Ensure the greens are well-washed and dried.
- Peel and segment 1 1/4 cups of fresh oranges, and scatter the orange segments over the greens, followed by 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds.
- Crumble 1/2 cup of feta cheese over the top of the salad directly from a block.
- Roughly chop 1/2 cup of candied pecans and sprinkle them over the salad.
