- Slice your beef into thin strips, cut against the grain for tenderness. Chop bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the beef with cornstarch and soy sauce. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat the wok over high heat. Add vegetable oil and swirl to cover. Stir-fry onions for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Add marinated beef strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds. Pour in remaining soy and oyster sauce, mix well.
- Add chopped bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes until just tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
