Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice your beef into thin strips, cut against the grain for tenderness. Chop bell peppers and onions into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef with cornstarch and soy sauce. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat the wok over high heat. Add vegetable oil and swirl to cover. Stir-fry onions for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add marinated beef strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds. Pour in remaining soy and oyster sauce, mix well.
  4. Add chopped bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes until just tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
