Method
 

Steps to Cook
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the sliced onion and stir to coat. Cook for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart. Cook for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  5. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
  6. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and toast hamburger buns on a baking sheet for 5–7 minutes.
  8. Assemble by scooping beef mixture into each bun and topping with Swiss cheese.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
