  • 0.75 cups Olive Oil Use a blend for flavor.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Chimichurri
  1. Finely chop parsley, cilantro, and oregano; add minced red onion and garlic.
  2. Transfer mixture to a bowl; add red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Mix thoroughly until well-blended.
  4. Alternatively, blend onion and garlic in food processor with vinegar, lemon juice, and salt.
  5. Add parsley, cilantro, and oregano; blend while drizzling in olive oil.
  6. Serve immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
