Preparation Steps
  1. Gather your ingredients: fresh lemon juice, your choice of sweetener, creamy coconut milk, and crushed ice.
  2. In a blender, combine about one cup of fresh lemon juice, chosen sweetener, and one cup of coconut milk. Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add approximately 2-3 cups of crushed ice and blend again on high for an additional 30-45 seconds until the texture is slushy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, adding more sweetener or ice, then blend for another 10-15 seconds.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses, serving immediately. Garnish with lemon slices or toasted coconut flakes if desired.
