Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter. Blend until smooth and creamy (1-2 minutes).
- Stir in honey or maple syrup along with any optional add-ins. Mix until well incorporated.
- Prepare molds or lined baking sheet, portion the mixture into each mold (about 1 tablespoon each).
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm to the touch.
- Remove bites from molds or baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
