  • 1 cup Fresh Berries ripe strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Gently press fresh berries into the surface of the yogurt mixture.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Once frozen, let the baking sheet sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before breaking into pieces.
