- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and mix thoroughly.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet about 1/4 inch thick.
- Gently press fresh berries into the surface of the yogurt mixture.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once frozen, let the baking sheet sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before breaking into pieces.
