Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Thaw the shrimp in cold water for about 10 minutes, then pat dry with paper towels.

  3. Add 4 cloves of freshly minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. In the same skillet, add 1 cup of jasmine rice, stirring to coat it in the residual garlic butter for 1-2 minutes.
