Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the zucchinis under cool water and slice into thick rounds or half-moons, about ½ inch thick.

  3. Combine sliced zucchini with olive oil, melted garlic butter, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss to coat.
