Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add your fresh chicken wings to the flour mixture, tossing until thoroughly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray lightly with cooking spray. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer.
  5. Bake the wings for 30 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add minced fresh garlic and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
