Equipment

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, oat milk, brewed coffee, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and the ground spices: ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Whisk or stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture looks creamy and cohesive.
  2. Seal the jar or cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to chill for 6-8 hours or overnight.
  3. After the chilling time is up, remove the jar from the refrigerator. Give the mixture a good stir to combine everything thoroughly; add a splash of oat milk if you desire a thinner consistency.
  4. Spoon the Gingerbread Latte Overnight Oats into your favorite bowl or keep it in the jar for a grab-and-go breakfast. Top with coconut whip, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and crushed pecans.
