Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream together unsalted butter and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then blend in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Gently fold in diced fresh strawberries into the batter.
