- Brush the beef or smoked sausages with olive oil and coat evenly with paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let them sit while you prep the fries.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Chop the potatoes into thick wedges, toss them with olive oil, salt, and paprika, and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown and crispy.
- In a bowl, chop boiled eggs and mix in halved cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside in the fridge.
