Preparation Steps
  1. Brush the beef or smoked sausages with olive oil and coat evenly with paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let them sit while you prep the fries.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Chop the potatoes into thick wedges, toss them with olive oil, salt, and paprika, and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown and crispy.
  3. In a bowl, chop boiled eggs and mix in halved cherry tomatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside in the fridge.
  4. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat and grill the sausages for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until nicely caramelized. Ensure they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
