  2. Slice the butternut squash thinly and toss with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper. Spread on the baking sheet with shredded Parmesan underneath and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. In a food processor, blend garlic, anchovy fillets, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper until smooth. Fold in finely grated Parmesan cheese and set aside.
  4. Remove thick stems from the kale and tear into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice, then massage the leaves for about 2-3 minutes until tender.
