  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Dice Yukon Gold potatoes into uniform pieces, toss with olive oil, spread on a baking sheet, and roast for 25-30 minutes.
  2. In a large Dutch oven, add olive oil and sauté ground beef with chopped onion for 6-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in grated ginger and minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
