Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Lightly brush each chicken breast with 2 teaspoons of olive oil, then roll each piece in the Parmesan-panko mix.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
