Method
 

Making the Rolls
  1. Activate Yeast: In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy.
  2. Make Dough: Stir in melted butter, egg, and salt. Gradually add flour until a soft, tacky dough forms.
  3. Knead: Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. First Rise: Shape dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Shape Rolls: Press down the dough, divide into 12 portions, and shape into balls. Place in a greased pan, cover, and let rise for another 30-40 minutes.
  6. Preheat Oven: About 10 minutes before baking, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Bake: Place the pan in the oven and bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush with Butter: Mix melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and oregano. Brush over hot rolls after baking.
