Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Peel the ripe mangoes and cut them into small chunks, aiming for about 2-3 cups.
  2. Juice the fresh lemons until you have about 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice.
  3. Blend the mango chunks, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sweetener, and 2 cups of water on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  4. Taste the mixture and add more sweetener if desired, then blend again.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture.
  6. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  7. Serve over ice in tall glasses, optionally garnished with mint leaves or lemon slices.
