Method
 

Muffin Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the muffin tin.
  2. Infuse the Milk with dried culinary lavender for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Cream butter with sugar and honey until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, followed by infused milk and vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually mix in dry ingredients, alternating with any remaining milk.
  7. Fill muffin liners two-thirds full with batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool muffins for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Latte Preparation
  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
  2. Whisk the heated milk and lavender syrup until frothy.
  3. Combine brewed coffee with frothy milk and adjust sweetness with honey.
  4. Serve the latte alongside fresh muffins.
