  • 1/2 cup Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing For dipping

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Shallow Bowls
  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Zip-top bags
  • Rolling Pin

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing your Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in a food processor, pulsing them until you achieve fine crumbs. This should take about 30 seconds.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls on your countertop for the coating process. In the first bowl, combine all-purpose flour, kosher salt, and garlic powder. In the second bowl, whisk together your large eggs until they're well blended. Finally, pour your crushed Cheetos into the third bowl.
  3. Take a mozzarella string cheese stick and dip it into the flour mixture, then into the whisked eggs, and finally roll it in the crushed Cheetos, pressing slightly. Repeat for all cheese sticks.
  4. Place the coated mozzarella sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C). Lightly spray the basket and place the frozen sticks in a single layer. Cook for 4-6 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, let cool briefly, garnish with parsley, and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
