  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Brush the surface of the dough liberally with olive oil.
  4. Spoon dollops of fresh ricotta over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the ricotta.
  6. Season with dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Drizzle hot honey over the baked pizza while it's still warm.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and crushed red pepper flakes, then slice and serve.
