  • 1 can White Beans Cannellini or great northern
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika For flavor and color

For Garnishing

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Pat the halloumi slices dry with paper towels. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and sear halloumi for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, reduce heat, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and stir for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Stir in drained white beans and smoked paprika, simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
  5. Return crispy halloumi to the skillet, nestling among the beans and tomatoes. Heat for about 2 minutes.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
