- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the white cake mix, melted unsalted butter, large egg, and pure vanilla extract. Beat for about 30 seconds until just combined.
- Gently fold in the red, white, and blue sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
- Press two-thirds of the dough mixture into the bottom of the pan, spread sweetened condensed milk over it, and crumble the remaining dough on top.
- Bake for 29 to 31 minutes until edges are slightly browned and center is just set.
- Let the bars cool for at least 60 minutes before lifting out of the pan to slice into 16 squares.
