Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8” x 8” baking pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the white cake mix, melted unsalted butter, large egg, and pure vanilla extract. Beat for about 30 seconds until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the red, white, and blue sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
  5. Press two-thirds of the dough mixture into the bottom of the pan, spread sweetened condensed milk over it, and crumble the remaining dough on top.
  6. Bake for 29 to 31 minutes until edges are slightly browned and center is just set.
  7. Let the bars cool for at least 60 minutes before lifting out of the pan to slice into 16 squares.
