Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Once the cake reaches room temperature, poke holes evenly spaced throughout the surface of the cake.
  3. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and semi-sweet chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Fold in the marshmallow fluff.
  5. Spread the marshmallow topping evenly over the cake. Drizzle with prepared chocolate ganache.
  6. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing.
