Step-by-Step Instructions for Apple Pie Dip
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced apples, packed brown sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and fresh lemon juice. Gently toss until well coated.
  2. Transfer the apple mixture to a medium saucepan and add 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat. Simmer for about 10 minutes until apples are tender.
