Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook about 2 cups of diced chicken in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Combine with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out crescent dough, separate it into triangles, spoon chicken mixture onto the wide end, fold and seal.
  3. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of heavy cream with 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese over low heat. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Place the assembled chicken pillows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool briefly, and drizzle with creamy Parmesan sauce before serving warm.
