  5. Roll the dough tightly from the longest side, pinching the seam to seal it.
  6. Slice the rolled dough into 12 equal sections, placing cut sections with spiral side facing up in the muffin pan.
  7. Bake cruffins for approximately 18 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly, then roll warm cruffins in remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
