- Gather all your ingredients, including peanut butter powder, Light Cool Whip, protein powder, and milk or a milk alternative.
- In your mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of peanut butter powder, 1 cup of Light Cool Whip, and 1/2 cup of protein powder.
- Gradually add 1/2 cup of milk, stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle in honey or maple syrup to taste, starting with 2 tablespoons.
- If desired, fold in your choice of optional mix-ins like mashed banana or chocolate chips.
- Carefully spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
- Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to chill for about 2 to 3 hours, or until the whips are fully set.
- Once the whips are completely frozen, remove them from the molds.
