- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cut a crosshatch pattern on the brioche rolls.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with a pinch of sugar until smooth, then stuff the mixture into the rolls.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic and herbs, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Dunk the stuffed rolls in the warm garlic butter, then let them soak for a minute.
