  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Can substitute with Neufchâtel cheese
For the Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup Butter Vegan butter can be used as a substitute
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh garlic for stronger flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs Fresh herbs like parsley optional

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cut a crosshatch pattern on the brioche rolls.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with a pinch of sugar until smooth, then stuff the mixture into the rolls.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic and herbs, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Dunk the stuffed rolls in the warm garlic butter, then let them soak for a minute.
  5. Bake the rolls on a parchment-lined sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let the rolls cool slightly and serve warm, optionally with extra garlic butter.
