Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped red chilli, and chopped lemongrass in a food processor, blend until smooth, and season with salt to taste.
  2. Place chicken wings in a mixing bowl and pour the marinade over, ensuring each wing is coated. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes. Arrange marinated wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook the chicken wings in the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes, turning halfway through until golden-brown and an internal thermometer reads 75°C (165°F).
  5. Toast roughly chopped peanuts in a dry pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Transfer cooked wings to a serving platter, top with toasted peanuts and garnish with finely chopped red chilli and spring onions.
