  • 100 grams Icing Sugar adjust to taste
  • 150 grams Kinder Chocolate melt carefully
  • 300 ml Double Cream cold for whipping
For the Base
  • 200 grams Chocolate Chip Cookies crushed into fine crumbs
  • 100 grams Butter melted
For Decoration
  • 50 grams Roasted Hazelnuts optional for garnish
  • 2 bars Kinder Bueno Bars for topping

Method
 

Base Preparation
  1. Crush chocolate chip cookies into fine crumbs. Melt butter, mix with crumbs, and press into dessert cups.
Filling Preparation
  1. Combine cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Melt Kinder chocolate and mix into the cream cheese.
Incorporate Cream
  1. Chill bowl and beaters, then add double cream and whip until stiff peaks form.
Fill Cups
  1. Transfer cheesecake mixture into a piping bag and pipe it into the dessert cups over the cookie base.
Setting
  1. Tap cups to release air bubbles, cover, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
Garnishing
  1. Drizzle melted chocolate hazelnut spread, sprinkle roasted hazelnuts, and top with a piece of Kinder Bueno.
