Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crush pretzels into coarse crumbs and mix with melted butter and brown sugar. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and brown sugar in a saucepan and cook until smooth and bubbling. Pour over the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and pour over the caramel layer. Spread evenly.
  4. Refrigerate again for at least 30 minutes until chocolate is firm.
