  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the Oreo crust by crushing the cookies and mixing with melted butter.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes and allow to cool.
  4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, sour cream, ube halaya, ube extract, and salt.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, blending until smooth.
