Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed, then add vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing on low until just combined.
  5. Fold in chopped Oreos and M&Ms gently with a spatula until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  7. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
